Plastic inlet manifold, replaces unavailable aluminium manifold. Suitable for PHF 30 carb conversions on models previously fitted with VHB30 carbs. Contains inlet manifold, gasket, O rings, clip and M6 bolts to secure to head. Carb mounts direct to this manifold (no inlet manifold rubber required)

Note that on models with M8 inlet manifold bolts and standard heads (T3, 1000 SP) it will be necessary to drill out the manifold bolt holes from 6mm to 8mm to reuse your existing bolts. Can be used to replace PHF30 inlet manifolds 17116265 and 17116365 which are no longer available. These manifolds exit the heads at a different angle to VHB manifolds and in some cases you may need to modify side panels to allow clearance for air filters

Made from a high performance twin layer foam this K & N type air filter is designed to offer improved and unrestricted airflow whilst offering adequate filtration. Washable and reusable (use hot soapy water). Best run dry for road. Fits VHB 29, VHB 30, PHBH28 and PHBH30 Dellorto carbs. You may find that a 5-10% increase in main jet size helps to make the most of the increased air flow with this filter

Carb mounted flip choke with plunger, lever, O ring, casting and spring. Insufficient clearance on high top carbs to operate the choke and the throttle cable

Fits all PHF30 - PHF36 and VHB30 Dellorto flat top carbs, contains rubber seat insert. Allows you to eliminate the choke cables and any handlebar choke controls for a cleaner look, especially suitable for special builds
