1. How can I contact Gutsibits?

2. How can I enquire about used spares?

We have a large warehouse of secondhand spares. Many of these spares have come from ex-dealers like Motorworks and Moto Ecosse and the condition of these parts varies so the best way to enquire about these is via our used parts enquiry form. The more information you can give us about your bike the more accurate we can be in sourcing used spares for it. We normally respond to used parts queries within a few days, we will generally email you photos and a quote valid for 30 days if we have the parts you are looking for.

3. How long will my order take to reach me?

Small packages are sent by First Class Royal Mail and should reach you within three working days of placing your order. Larger packages are sent using a parcel service and should arrive within three to seven days of ordering. These guidelines only apply where your entire order is in stock, sometimes we may have to order some parts in. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know when to expect your order. Normally items that are available to buy using the shopping basket facility on this site are in stock at our warehouse. Orders sent outside of the UK are sent by airmail and should arrive within two weeks of despatch, however sometimes it can take up to a month for orders to be delivered to some countries (e.g. Italy).

4. Do I have to pay VAT if I'm not in the UK?

If you are having your order delivered to the UK or within the EU then you do have to pay VAT. If your order is being delivered outside of the EU then we will not charge you VAT however you are responsible for paying any import duties in the country the order is delivered to.

5. My order hasn't arrived and I need the parts urgently!

Although most orders are delivered very quickly we have to wait 28 days before investigating undelivered orders. If you suspect that your order has been lost then we can send a duplicate order before 28 days has elapsed but we do have to charge you for this order. We will refund you on return of the additional order. If your original order did not arrive then send us a a letter or email after 28 days have elapsed confirming the loss and we will refund you.
If your order is urgent then please advise at the time of ordering so we can offer other postage options such as guaranteed next day delivery (we do charge extra for this).

6. What Should I Do if I want a refund?

We are happy to refund the purchase cost of your goods within 28 days of delivery. If you wish to return goods for a refund please first call 01484 841395 to initiate a return. You should return new goods in their original packaging in "as new" condition. Please enclose either the invoice number or a copy of the original invoice. Goods are returned at your risk so we recommend that you insure them when posting. Incorrectly supplied goods will be fully refunded including all postage costs. For correctly supplied goods we do not refund the return postage and at our discretion we may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the goods' value. Please note that we cannot refund correctly supplied electrical items if they have been fitted, or specially ordered (non-stock) items. We will let you know a refund is due within ten working days of receipt of returned goods. Note that we will never call you asking you for card details to make a refund, for security we will always ask you to call us with your payment details.

7. How long do I have before returning goods

We are happy to refund the purchase cost of your goods within 28 days of delivery, see above for details. New parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Secondhand and reconditioned parts carry a six-month guarantee which excludes fair wear and tear, items not used for the purpose intended, incorrect fitting or misuse.

8. I've changed my mind, how can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any point up until it is picked and despatched. Please call us on +44 (0) 1484 841395 to check your order status and initiate a full refund.

9. How much will postage cost?

10. How much does it cost to call the Gutsibits 0843 number?

Our 0843 number is a local rate number but we do now have a alternative phone number - 01484 841395. Call charges to our 0843 number vary depending on who your phone provider is. Calls are typically charged at between 1p and 13p per minute for landline customers, plus a call set-up fee. Calls from mobile phones are typically charged between 5p and 41p per minute.

11. Why can't I find the new spares I need on your web site?

Over the years Guzzi have used tens of thousands of part on their motorcycles, many of these rarely require replacement or are out of production. We only list parts that are regular sellers on our web site but we are able to source all other available spares through our network of European suppliers.
